1. Who we are

Bold Verse (UEN 53502409J) is a Singapore design studio offering design, marketing and communications services. In this policy, “Bold Verse”, “we” and “us” mean Bold Verse.

2. Information handled by this site

Project enquiry form. If you send the form, we receive and store your name, email address, selected challenge, recommended services and message in a private inbox. We use them to review your request, reply, assess and quote for work, and maintain related business records. The stored enquiry can be deleted from the inbox when it is no longer needed.

Spam prevention. We use a hidden form field and limit repeated submissions. Where a network address is available, we store a salted hash of it with the enquiry to apply a short-term rate limit; we do not show this value in the inbox. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes the security-check token and related technical information to verify submissions under its own terms.

Technical information. The website host and access-control service may process connection and security information needed to deliver or protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested page and request time. Their handling is subject to their own service terms.

Fonts. This site requests MiSans font files from Xiaomi’s font service at font.sec.miui.com. That request may include ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. Enquiry form entries are not sent with the font request.

3. If you contact us separately

If you email Bold Verse or otherwise send us a project enquiry, we may handle your name, contact details, project information, files you choose to share, and our related correspondence. We use this information to reply, assess and quote for work, provide agreed services, manage the client relationship, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or information about another person unless it is needed for the project and you have permission to share it.

4. Sharing and overseas processing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, access control, email, file delivery or other business operations. They may process information on our behalf or under their own terms. Some providers may operate outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, Bold Verse will take steps required by Singapore law to protect it.

External links, when provided, lead to services with their own privacy policies. This site does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools operated by Bold Verse.

5. Retention and protection

Information sent to Bold Verse is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business records, meeting legal obligations or resolving disputes. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where the law allows. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, use the privacy contact link below.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Bold Verse does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The hosting or access-control service may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to provide a restricted site, maintain security or remember an authenticated session.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page. This policy is intended to be read with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and applicable regulations.
