1. About Bold Verse

Bold Verse (UEN 53502409J) is a Singapore design studio offering design, marketing and communications services. These Terms apply when you browse or use this website.

2. Website use

You may view and link to this site for lawful purposes. Do not use it in a way that disrupts the site, attempts unauthorised access, or infringes another person’s rights. Do not copy, adapt, redistribute or commercially use site content or Bold Verse brand assets unless the law permits it or we have given written permission.

3. Portfolio and concept work

Portfolio case studies and mockups are illustrative concepts using fictional sample content unless a page says otherwise. They show design approaches; they are not a promise of particular business results or an endorsement by any real organisation.

The Jelly streetwear visuals are concept previews. Products are not currently sold through this website. If a third-party shop is linked in the future, purchases will be subject to that shop’s own terms and policies.

4. Design services and project agreements

Service descriptions on this site are general examples and do not guarantee availability, a price or a particular delivery date. A project begins only after the scope and commercial terms are agreed with Bold Verse.

A written proposal or service agreement for each project will set out the agreed deliverables, fees, schedule, revision process and any copyright ownership or licence. If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project agreement applies to that project. Where a written agreement does not address a specific use, applicable Singapore law applies.

5. Project Brief Builder

The Project Brief Builder prepares text in your browser and does not send it to Bold Verse. You must copy and send the brief yourself if you want to make an enquiry. If you separately send us files or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share them and allow us to review them to discuss or provide the services you request.

6. Ownership and third-party material

The site’s design, writing, logo, original graphics and other materials are owned by Bold Verse or used with permission. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reuse its materials, except for the limited permission needed to view pages normally. Third-party names, marks, fonts or materials remain the property of their respective owners and may have separate terms.

Rights in commissioned work are determined by the relevant written project agreement and applicable law. For general information, see the IPOS guide to copyright ownership and commercialisation. Please obtain written permission before using portfolio material beyond ordinary viewing or linking.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may change or be unavailable at times. Site content is general information and is provided without a guarantee that it is complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

8. Privacy, updates and governing law

Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms when the site or our services change; the latest version and date will be shown here. Singapore law governs these Terms, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
